Have Several Apple Developer Accounts — How Do You Manage Them All in One Place?
AppUploader natively supports multi-account management: once you add all your Apple IDs, they are kept in the “Saved Accounts” list. From then on, just click “Enter” on an account to switch to it — no need to re-enter the password or go through the login flow again.
Who it’s for
- Indie developers who maintain multiple apps of their own, each under a different Apple ID.
- Outsourcing teams or agencies that need to switch back and forth between several clients’ Apple Developer accounts.
- Scenarios where a single Apple ID belongs to multiple developer teams at once and you need to switch team context per project.
How to use it
- Click “Add Account”, choose a sign-in method for each Apple ID (password / API key), and save it after signing in once.
- To switch accounts, use the “Switch Account” entry at the top, or simply click another account in the account list to enter it.
- When the same Apple ID belongs to multiple teams, after signing in, click “Activate” in the “Teams” section of the “Account Overview” to switch the team you are currently operating in. Certificates, Bundle IDs, provisioning profiles, devices, and apps all reload based on the newly activated team.
- When you no longer need an account, “Remove Account” also clears the credentials saved in the browser and the local session/key files. If deleting the local files fails, you can choose “Remove browser records only” to keep the local files.

If the same App Store Connect account needs to be used on multiple computers or by multiple team members, signing in with an App Store Connect API key is recommended — generate the key file (.json) once and import it, and you can sign in on any device with no password and without triggering two-factor authentication.
